- P. McCall holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from The University of Houston and a Master of Education in Curriculum Instruction: Technology.
In 1992, she was one of the first African American females to be certified by the NFLPA to negotiate contracts for professional football players in the National Football League.
Before entering the field of education in 2003, she was a bank officer and accountant for J. P. Morgan Chase.
Her love for writing began in high school as a stress-reliever intended for her eyes only. Putting her vivid imagination to paper became a
relaxing pastime activity. After reading one of her manuscripts Y. P.’s
husband and close friends encouraged her to release it for publication. Hope Flutters is her first published novel.
- P. is a retired financial analyst and educator. She currently resides in Houston with her husband of 38 years, Gary.
