Jeff Love was raised in West Texas, where he learned the importance of honesty and integrity, demonstrated by one’s word and a handshake. He graduated from Del Rio High School in 1965 and went on to attend Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where he became certified to teach both Government and Biology.
He is a lifelong outdoorsman and voracious reader. Jeff has had many different experiences and a variety of jobs. He has been a lifeguard, an ambulance driver, a crabber, and sold technical products as varied as highway construction equipment and microscopes. Jeff later found his passion in inventing. He is a serial entrepreneur and holds numerous patents in fields as diverse as geophysics, energy savings and helping find wounded animals.
A wide range of life experiences, appreciation of scientific inquiry, belief in the importance of “a prepared mind”, and intense curiosity influence his work as an author. His writing reflects the more than 20-years of exhaustive research he conducted in preparation to write Freedom and Human Achievement.
