Mr. Holley has previously written for such publications as the New Mexico MICLine, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, and the Hearst Community Media Group  He has also previously served as the Contributing Editor for Texas Culture and Politics and the Managing Editor for Asia, Africa, South America, and Other Regions for the now-defunct Suite 101.com. He has also previously served as a board operator and production assistant for Rhattigan Broadcasting (now the High Plains Radio Network) where part of his duties included broadcast coverage of local and area news and politics.

He has also previously written and self-published the following books: “Walking From Lockney To Jerusalem”, “A Message From Siberia”, “Sowing In Tears”, and “A’Wise And A’Foolish In Canaan’s Land” that are currently available both through Amazon and Coy’s publishing company Broken and Shattered Promises Online Publishing and Productions. He also owns and operates CoyRH/SEATC Clerical Services based in Lubbock, TX where he offers his services to the public as a commissioned Texas notary public as well as other services in the areas of clerical, creative writing, and media relations.’

Mr. Holley has been involved in various restorative justice ministry endeavors and is a member of the Living Water Emmaus Community. He has been a baptized member of Grace Communion International (formerly the Worldwide Church of God) for over 30 years and currently attends two different congregations in Lubbock–Glad Tidings Church (a Pentecostal/Charismatic congregation) and also the Temple Mount Moriah Messianic Congregation. He is also an active member of the Caprock Writers and Illustrators Alliance and a member of Texas High Plains Writers and the American Association of Notaries.
