Jill is a sought-after speaker, and she has spoken at many conferences, including the National Recreation and Park Association, Texas Recreation and Park Society and Southwest Park and Recreation Institute. Jill was inspired to write the book, Growing Up Rumbley, because she is constantly asked what it is like being the daughter of Jack and Rosemary Rumbley, famed musician and public speaker, respectively. Jill wrote this book because she wanted to tell of her great life, with many ups and downs and many changes but to also inspire others to see that even in times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your energy into something positive and to finally find focus! Change is often hard and jill says that the only person who likes change is a baby with a wet diaper. You will read about the many changes that Jill experienced and finally found focus. Jill is now a full-time book reviewer and entertainer. Her life’s mantra is…Life has no remote control; YOU have to get up and change it!
