Karla “DJ KICKIT” Rendon is a nationally recognized DJ, speaker, author, and entrepreneur from Austin, Texas. Born in Mexico, she has built a career breaking barriers across male-dominated industries including music, sports, and public speaking. Known for blending leadership storytelling with high-energy audience engagement, Karla is the creator of the B.E.A.T. The Odds framework, empowering audiences through lessons on resilience, accountability, confidence, and growth.

She is the Official DJ for Married at First Sight Season 19, a TEDx Speaker Select, author of B.E.A.T.
