Texas resident, Nandita Banerjee, grew up in India. A teacher for years in India, in the US, and in the UK, she suddenly discovered her passion for writing when a book concept descended on her completely out of the blue. She began to write and never looked back since.

She writes her novels in the supernatural drama genre. They include two two-book series, No. 7: They’re Calling & The Date, and In B’tween: The Wisp & The Three Claps of Thunder.

She has also published two collections of poetry, namely, Thoughts Recollected in Tranquility and Alice Through Wonderland.

All of her creations draw inspiration from classic English literature. Her upcoming works include a poetry anthology titled Songs of Innocence and Experience: I Do and a novel by the name of A Dot on the Cliff.

Banerjee’s writing process typically involves a cup of masala chai and the comforting presence of her fur grandson, a light-apricot mini goldendoodle, Milko, napping on her table.
