I come from a poor migrate family and we worked all across this country picking fruit and vegetables. I learned at an early age to be true to myself and work hard. I grew up in San Antonio and when I got married, moved to McAllen Tx. I worked for Lack’s for 20 years, working 6 days a week. My hard work enabled me to became a very successful Sales consultant.
Why I Became an Author
The Love I have for my grandchildren inspired me to become the author that I am today.
I'm a Grandmother of 14 grandchildren. I wrote these books remembering the good times I spent with my grandchildren. My first book “Spending the Day With My Grandma” is written in English and it’s about daily events and fond memories that I spent with my granddaughter Eva. . My second book “Today Is My Birthday” is written in English with Spanish translation is about her special day when we were excited about preparing for Arabella’s birthday party.
My third book “Going Fishing with My Grandpas” is written in English with Spanish translation is about Isaiah a young boy who loves spending quality time with his grandparents. He enjoys fishing, walking on the beach, swimming in the blue waters, building sandcastle and collecting seashells. My little explorer of the sea.
I am looking forward to make more magical memories with all my grandchildren .
